Article 146 [Producing or Selling Products That Do Not Meet Safety Standards] A person who produces or knowingly sells electrical appliances, pressure vessels, inflammable or explosive products, or other products that do not meet the national or industrial standards for the protection of personal and property safety, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than five years and a fine of not less than fifty percent of but not more than two times the sales amount if serious consequences are caused thereby, or to imprisonment of not less than five years and a fine of not less than fifty percent of but not more than two times the sales amount if the consequences are particularly serious.
