Article 100 [Criminal Record Reporting System] A person who has been criminally punished in accordance with the law shall truthfully report their criminal penalties to the competent authority or employer without any concealment before they are enlisted or employed.
A person who was under the age of eighteen when committing a crime and sentenced to imprisonment for less than five years or less severe penalties shall be exempted from the reporting obligation stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
