Article 68 [Meritorious Service] An offender may be punished by alleviated or mitigated penalties if they report the criminal acts of others that are ascertained to be true, provide important clues to solve other cases, or engage in meritorious service otherwise, and penalties may be mitigated or exempted if they engage in exceptionally meritorious service.
