Article 116 [Sabotaging Transportation Vehicles]
A person who sabotages a train, car, tram, ship, or aircraft, to the extent that it poses a danger of overturning or destroying the train, car, tram, vessel, or aircraft, but has not yet caused serious consequences, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.
