Article 117
[Sabotaging Traffic Facilities]
A person who sabotages a track, bridge, tunnel, highway, airport, waterway, lighthouse, or guide post, or engages in other sabotage activities, to the extent that it poses a danger of overturning or destroying a train, car, tram, vessel, or aircraft, but has not yet caused serious consequences, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.
