Article 136 [Causing an Accident by Dangerous Materials] A person who, violating the management regulations for explosive, flammable, radioactive, toxic, or corrosive substances, causes a serious accident in production, storage, transportation and use, resulting in serious consequences, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than three years or custody, or to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years if the consequences are particularly serious.
