Article 110 [Espionage] A person who commits any of the following espionage acts that endanger national security shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than ten years or life imprisonment, or to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years if the crime is committed under mitigating circumstances:
Joining an espionage organization or accepting tasks from an espionage organization and their agents; or
Providing the enemy with the location information of the target for attacking.
