Article 54 [Meaning of Deprivation of Political Rights] The political rights that may be deprived of shall include:
The right to elect and be elected;
The right to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, assembly, association, procession, and demonstration;
The right to hold a position in a government authority; and
The right to hold a leadership position in any State-owned company, enterprise, public institution, or public organization.
