Article 84 [Rules to be Followed by Parolees] An offender who has been released on parole shall:
comply with laws and administrative rules and regulations, and submit to supervision;
report on their own activities as required by the supervising authority;
comply with the regulations of the competent authority on visiting; and
obtain the approval of the competent authority before leaving the city or county of residence or relocating.
