Article 93 [Definition of Public Official] For the purpose of this Law, the term "public official" refers to any person engaged in public service in a government authority.
A staff member of a State-owned company or enterprise, public institution, or public organization engaged in public service, or a person designated by a government authority, State-owned company or enterprise, or public institution to provide public service at a non-State-owned company or enterprise, public institution, or public organization, or any other person engaged in public service in accordance with the law shall be deemed a public official defined in this Law.
