Article 92 [Scope of Private Property] For the purpose of this Law, the term "private property" shall refer to any of the following properties:
the legitimate income, savings, houses, and other means of livelihood of an individual;
the production materials that are owned by an individual or family in accordance with the law;
the legitimate property of an individual business and private enterprise; and
the shares, stocks, bonds, and other property that are owned by an individual in accordance with the law.
