Article 6 [Territorial Jurisdiction] A crime committed within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall be governed by this Law, unless stipulated otherwise by other laws.
A crime committed on board a ship or aircraft of the People's Republic of China shall also be governed by this Law.
If a criminal act or its consequence occurs within the territory of the People's Republic of China, it shall be deemed a crime committed within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
