Article 122 [Hijacking Ship and Car] A person who hijacks a ship or car by violence, coercion, or other means shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years, or to imprisonment of not less than ten years or life imprisonment if serious consequences are caused thereby.
