Article 121 [Hijacking Aircraft] A person who hijacks an aircraft by violence, coercion, or other means shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than ten years or life imprisonment, or death if serious bodily injury, death, or serious damage to the aircraft is caused thereby.
