Article 70 [Sentencing on Omitted Counts Found after Judgment] Where it is found, after a judgment of conviction of a crime is pronounced but before the execution of the punishment is completed, that the same offender committed any other crime before the judgment is announced of which they have not been convicted, they shall be convicted of the newly discovered crime, and the punishment to be executed shall be determined based on the penalties imposed in the previous and subsequent judgments in accordance with the provisions of Article 69 of this Law.
The term of sentence that has been executed shall be included in the term of sentence determined by the new judgment.
