Article 148 [Producing or Selling Cosmetics That Do Not Meet Hygiene Standards] A person who produces or knowingly sells cosmetics that do not meet the hygiene standards, causing serious consequences, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than three years or custody and/or a fine of not less than fifty percent of but not more than two times the sales amount.
