Article 112 [Funding the Enemy] A person who provides weapony or other military supplies to the enemy during wartime shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than ten years or life imprisonment, or to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years if the crime is committed under mitigating circumstances.
