Article 113 [Application of Death Penalty and Forfeiture of Property for Crimes of Endangering National Security] The death penalty may be imposed for the crimes of endangering national security stipulated in this Chapter if they cause particularly serious damage to the State and the people or are committed under particularly heinous circumstances, except for those stipulated in Articles 103 (2), 105, 107, and 109.
A person who commits any of the crimes stipulated in this Chapter may also be sentenced to forfeiture of property.
