Chapter II Crimes of Endangering Public Safety
Article 114 [Arson, Causing a Flood, Causing an Explosion, Placing Hazardous Substance, and Endangering Public Safety by Dangerous Means - I] A person who intentionally causes a fire, flood, or explosion, or places toxic or radioactive substance, infectious disease pathogens, or other hazardous substances that endanger public safety but have not caused serious consequences shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.
