Article 108 [Defecting to the Enemy] A person who defects to the enemy shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years, or to imprisonment of not less than ten years or life imprisonment if the crime is committed under serious circumstances or the person leads members of the armed forces, police officers, or militia members to defect to the enemy.
