Article 107 [Funding Criminal Activities That Endanger National Security] Where a domestic or foreign institution, organization, or individual provide financial support for a crime stipulated in Article 102, 103, 104, or 105 of this Chapter, the offender directly responsible for such crime shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than five years, custody, supervised release, or deprivation of political rights, or to imprisonment of not less than five years if the crime is committed under serious circumstances.
