Article 106 [Penalties for Collusion with Overseas Institutions, Organizations and Individuals] A defendant who, colluding with an overseas institution, organization, or individual, commits the crimes stipulated in Articles 103, 104, or 105 of this Chapter shall be given aggravated penalties in accordance with such provisions.
