Article 124 [Sabotaging Radio, Television, or Public Telecommunications Facilities] A person who endangers public safety by sabotaging radio, television, or public telecommunications facilities shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years, or to imprisonment of not less than seven years if serious consequences are caused thereby.
