Article 150 [Punishment of Entity Offenses Stipulated in this Section] Where an entity commits any of the offenses specified in Articles 140 to 148 of this Section, it shall be fined, and the directly responsible chief and other directly responsible individuals shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of such Articles.
