Article 25 [Concept of Joint Crime] Joint crime refers to an intentional crime jointly committed by two or more persons.
A negligent crime jointly committed by two or more persons shall not constitute a joint crime, and the offenders shall be punished separately for their respective crimes that they have committed if they are held criminally liable.
