Article 73 [Term of Probation] Where an offender is sentenced to custody, the term of probation shall be no less than the term of custody and no more than one year, with a minimum of two months.
Where an offender is sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment, the term of probation shall be no less than the term of imprisonment and no more than five years, with a minimum of one year.
The term of probation shall be counted from the date when the decree becomes final.
