Article 125 [Illegally Manufacturing, Trading, Transporting, Mailing, or Storing Firearms, Ammunition, or Explosives, or Illegally Manufacturing, Trading, Transporting, or Storing Dangerous Substances] A person who illegally manufactures, trades, transports, mails, or stores firearms, ammunition, or explosives shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years, or to imprisonment of not less than ten years, life imprisonment, or death if the offense is committed under serious circumstances.
A person who endangers public safety by illegally manufacturing, trading, transporting, or storing toxic or radioactive substances, infectious disease pathogens, or other hazardous substances shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Where an entity commits any offense stipulated in the preceding two paragraphs, the entity shall be sentenced to a fine, the directly responsible chief and other directly responsible persons shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph.
