Article 132 [Causing a Railway Accident] A railway staff member who, violating rules and regulations, causes a major railway accident shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than three years or custody if serious consequences are caused thereby, or to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years if particularly serious consequences are caused thereby.
