Article 120 [Organizing, Leading, or Participating in a Terrorist Organization] A person who organizes or leads a terrorist organization shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than ten years or life imprisonment, and forfeiture of property, a person who actively participates in such activities shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and a fine, and any other person who participates in such activities shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than three years, custody, supervised release, or deprivation of political rights, and may also be fined.
A person who, in addition to any offense stipulated in the preceding paragraph, commits the offense of homicide, causing an explosion, or kidnapping, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions on increased penalties for multiple convictions.
