Article 119 [Sabotaging Transportation Vehicles, Transportation Facilities, Power Equipment, or Flammable or Explosive Equipment] A person who sabotages a transportation vehicle, traffic facility, power equipment, gas equipment, or inflammable or explosive equipment, to the extent that it causes serious consequences, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not less than ten years, life imprisonment, or death.
