TITLE TWO SPECIFIC RULES
Chapter I Crimes of Endangering National Security
Article 102 [Treason] A defendant who, colluding with a foreign state, endangers the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security of the People's Republic of China, shall be imprisoned for life or not less than ten years.
A defendant who, colluding with an overseas institution, organization, or individual, commits the crime prescribed in the preceding paragraph, shall be held criminally liable in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
