Article 39 [Obligations and Rights of Offenders Sentenced to Supervised Release] During the term of supervision, an offender sentenced to supervised release shall:
(1) comply with laws and administrative rules and regulations, and submit to supervision;
(2) not exercise the right to freedom of speech, publication, assembly, association, procession, or demonstration without the approval of the competent authority;
(3) report on their own activities as required by the competent authority;
(4) comply with the regulations of the competent authority on receiving guests; and
(5) obtain the approval of the competent authority before leaving the city or county of residence or relocating.
An offender sentenced to supervised release shall be entitled to equal pay for equal work.
