Article 85 [Parole Supervision and Its Positive Consequences] Where an offender who has been released on parole submits to community corrections in accordance with the law during the term of parole, the original sentence shall be deemed to have been executed upon the expiration of the term of parole in the absence of the circumstances stipulated in Article 86 of this Law, and the expiration of the term of parole shall be publicly announced.
