Article 138 [Causing a Major Accident in Educational Facilities] A directly responsible individual who, knowing the danger of a school building or educational and teaching facility, fails to take measures or report the danger in a timely manner, causing a major accident with major casualties, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than three years or custody, or to imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years if the consequences are particularly serious.
