Article 76 [Measure of Probation and Its Positive Consequences] An offender who has been granted probation shall be referred to community corrections during the term of probation. Upon the expiration of the term of probation, the penalty imposed shall no longer be executed, and the expiration of the term of probation shall be publicly announced.
