After being engaged by a defendant or his family member, we will first gather all useful information from all sources available to develop a defense strategy to the case.
We will help our client navigate their legal issues, provide suggestions for all the three stages of the case, i.e., investigation and evidence collection by the police authority, review and prosecution by the procuratorial authority, and hearing and trial by the court.
During each of the three stages, we will perform different jobs and functions to minimize the criminal penalty that may be imposed on the client, including but not limited to guiding the defendant in providing testimony, excluding illegal or invalid evidence, responding to illegal actions against the defendant, defending in court, etc.
