Article 30 Any judge, procurator, or investigator shall not accept any hospitality or gift from the parties or their authorized persons, or meet with parties or their authorized persons in violation of regulations.
Any judge, procurator, or investigator who violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be held legally responsible in accordance with the law. In such a case, the parties and their legal representatives may file a motion for recusal.
