Article 43 [Execution of Custody] An offender sentenced to custody shall be held in custody by the police authority closest to the offender's domicile.
During the term of custody, an offender sentenced to custody may visit their family for one to two days each month, and may be paid an appropriate remuneration if they may be given to those who participate in labor.
