Article 14 The people's courts, the people's procuratorates and the public security authorities shall safeguard the right of defense and other procedural rights of suspects, defendants, and other participants in the criminal proceedings according to law.
Participants in criminal proceedings shall have the right to file challenges against judges, procurators, and investigators whose acts for infringing upon their procedural rights or indignities.
